I confirm I have read and accepted the terms & conditions of hire with Sagittarius Yacht Charter & Motorhome Hire (SYC) and enclose a deposit* of £250.00 for each week booked (or part week) (Full payment* if I have booked 8 weeks or less before commencement of hire). I also enclose photocopies / scans of each driving license (card and paper counterpart) listed above plus copies of 2 utility bills / credit card bills confirming my address plus a copy of my passport or other photo i.d. confirming my identity.
